1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winph2 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by winph2, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on winph2 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). winph2 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. winph2 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winph2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but winph2 endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly. winph2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

4.3 Currency

The official currency of the winph2 platform is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PHP. winph2 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

winph2 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your winph2 account balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• winph2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Players who self-exclude or request account closure while holding an active bonus will forfeit that bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the winph2 platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the winph2 server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. winph2 is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures on the player's side, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device malfunctions, or browser errors.

winph2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one winph2 account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.

winph2's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winph2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winph2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

winph2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 12. Amendments to These Terms

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

Nothing in this clause shall limit winph2's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
